Unable to Send Email by TPG account
Emails will usually travel from one inbox to the other via a digital platform. The email server will play an important role here. It connects the two end servers so email can be sent. But in a few cases, the server-side may show issues.
This is when you are unable to send emails via your TGP email account. It is not a serious issue and anyone can face these issues. There are basic troubleshooting tasks that you can perform to rectify this issue.
Server related issues
If you are unable to send emails from your TGP account, then you are having a serious server related issue. But you have to keep in mind that there may be many other reasons behind this as well.
Server related issue is the first thing that should come to your mind. TGP is a professionals server. It may too be undergoing maintenance tasks. If this happens, some of the email functions may not work normally
Count the email numbers
In general, any user will be able to send over 6000+ emails in a single month. This is the default number. It may still vary if you are managing your business account. but if you have sent over 6000+ emails, then you have already approached your maximum limits.
This is one common issue that you may face if you are operating a free account. for premium accounts, this still may never be an issue.
Slow internet connection
Sending emails may not be possible if the internet connection is running slow on a particular day. This is one of the issues that many people face if they are not using a dedicated unlimited internet plan.
Probably you might have already used up complete data. Now you do not have balance data to send an email. Check with your daily data usage limits. If limits have approached, you may have to buy more data. For detail information, call on the TPG toll-free number.
Server details
In most cases, it is never possible to change the server details unless you accidentally clicked the setting options. If the server location is changed, then TGP may not identify the new location. You may not be able to send emails till you have reset to its original server location.
For this case, you may have to check the port settings as well. This type of error is also considered the most common types. It happens in most cases.
UN and PW errors
This error happens if the User Name and PassWord will mismatch. There are chances that you might have entered the wrong PW or a user name. There are also chances that you are not using the full email ID on the log in page.
UN and PWW mistakes will happen in many cases. You just have to check the details you entered in the accounts tab. Change if the information is incorrect.
In a few cases, the server-side connection may be slow. If this happens you may not be able to send email via your TGP webmail account. You have to try and reconnect to the server location.
